Hello !!! MOONEYES Ambassador Dale here!! Hope that everyone is doing well, and hopefully working hard on ongoing projects!!

August 4,5, and 6, MOONEYES was in the house at The Langley Loafers Old Time Drags, located at Mission Raceway Park, Vancouver British Columbia(Canada). Within the event, was “Thee Gasser Get Down”!!!!!!!! This year, a 26 car field made the journey with racers traveling long distances, with a few coming over from the US side! Great track, with a large river running by and large mature trees surrounding!!

The Gasser class put on a great show, with big burnouts and wheel stands aplenty!
MOONEYES even gave out a special award to a racer that went the extra effort to put in a great show! Check out all the cool cars in the photos! Thank you for “Canadian Hospitality “, and the continued support for MOONEYES north of the border!!!

MOONEYES award was given to Pat McInnis and Chris Carlson. For putting on a great show and not giving up!! Check out that driveshaft, which disintegrated at the finish line on one pass! They found a local driveshaft shop, and had a new one made up within hours, allowing them to continue to compete!! That’s the MOONEYES SPIRIT!!
